Top of the board
Listings posted by institutions appear above every aggregated result, whichever way a visitor sorts — newest, closing soonest, or by title. They carry a "posted by the institution" mark so candidates know it came from you.
Post your institution's vacancies, scholarships and funded positions.
Academic Radar gathers PhD positions, postdocs, faculty roles, scholarships and grants from across the web. Post your own and it sits at the top of that board — free, and read by a person before it goes live.

Readers subscribe to the categories they care about and get an email digest daily, twice weekly or weekly. Your listing goes out in the next digest for its category — you don't need them to visit the site that day.
Aggregated listings link away to their source. A posted one gets a real page here, with your full description, deadline and how to apply — a link you can put in an email or on social media.
There is no charge, no tiers and no upsell. We verify that you represent the institution you say you do, and we read every listing before publishing it — that's the whole arrangement.
You can edit or close a listing at any time. An edit goes back for a quick re-read before it reappears, so the board always shows what was reviewed.
Nothing. There is no paid tier and nothing is held back behind one.
Universities, research institutes, funders and anyone else offering academic positions, scholarships or grants. Anyone can register, but an institution can't post until we've confirmed the account really represents it — usually by checking the website and the contact address.
Every listing is read by a person before publication, so it isn't instant. We won't quote a deadline we can't keep — you'll get an email the moment it's decided, and the listing shows its status on your dashboard meanwhile.
Yes, both, at any time. Closing one removes it from the board immediately. Editing sends it back for a re-read first, so nothing can be changed into something else after review.
Because it isn't an academic opportunity, isn't from the institution it claims, or is missing enough detail for someone to act on. You'll be told the reason and can edit and resubmit.
Your institution profile and contact address are used to verify you and to reach you about your listings — nothing else. See the privacy policy.
You'll need an Academic Radar account first — the same login used for saved listings and alerts.
Nothing is published by registering. We'll confirm it's you, then you can post.
